The MODELO company, created in 2011, is a publisher of solutions to help drafting acts for real estate professionals. With the aim of providing its users with an innovative assistance service for drafting acts, MODELO has developed an application allowing assisted personalization of any legal, administrative or commercial document.
A pioneer in the field of LegalTech, Modelo offers real estate agencies a legal drafting solution combined with integrated signature, registered mail and electronic register services. More than 800,000 acts are produced each year thanks to the application of MODELO. More than 100 document models updated in real time are offered thanks to the collaboration of several lawyers. In total, 4 libraries dedicated to the real estate trades: Transaction, Property administration / Rental management, Syndic of co-ownership, Commerce & business.
